Cheerleaders are held to high standards in the classroom and in uniform. Cheerleaders are expected to set good examples for their peers, both in and out of the classroom, and to promote school spirit. When deciding team placement, attitude, dedication, initiative, and maturity are considered just as much as athleticism and ability. Please keep these ideas in mind as you complete the following evaluation based on a five-point scale (5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest).
