Washington State’s ferry system is long overdue for accessibility improvements that provide an equitable experience for all passengers. My name is Brooke, and I am an accessibility specialist. I recently made a TikTok highlighting ADA violations on the Washington State ferries - see the original TikTok video below.

With your input, I plan to present the survey results to Washington State to conduct a full audit, ensuring that the new ferries being built provide an accessible and equal experience for disabled passengers just as much as for non-disabled passengers.
