Lovepacs will provide a bag of food for each child in the family every weekend, also long weekends (Labor Day, Teacher Inservice Days, etc.) & family box for *holidays.  *These MUST be picked up from school prior to the break. You can pick up from the office.*

Please fill out this form to let us know if your family is in need of weekend food assistance. Once your child is part of the program, he or she will receive bags of food each week until they leave school or until you no longer wish to participate.
