TERMS of AGREEMENT                                                        1. Purchaser agrees to provide complimentary entry for DJ and DJ Assistant/Host (If applicable); access to free parking/complimentary parking; access to electricity and electrical outlets for power; and complimentary beverages i.e. bottled water/soft drinks for events 4 hours or more. Generator service and attendant can be provided at additional cost.                    2. Special discounts and promotional rates are subject to separate terms and deadlines outlined and validated by DJ.                                                                                          3. Outdoor location bookings require an indoor alternate location or complimentary tent/platform covering and access to full power. A tent and or gas operated generator can be provided at an additional cost.            4. Purchaser shall make available to the disc jockey the place of performance at least 1.5 hour(s) prior to scheduled performance time for the purpose of setting up and sound balancing; agrees to complete the DJ Survey Questionnaire at least 72 hours prior to event.                                                                                          5. The agreement of the disc jockey to perform said services is subject to his/her proven detention by sickness, strikes, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond his/her control for which The Disc Jockey will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by Purchaser as a result thereof. Under these specific circumstances only is  the deposit to be refunded to Purchaser at the discretion of the DJ. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellation by purchaser for any reason does not warrant return of any deposit paid. Payments made in full are NON REFUNDABLE.                                                                  6. Purchaser agrees to allow recorded, reproduced or transmission of the event for promotional purposes in the absence of a prior written agreement with The Disc Jockey relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction or transmission.                                              7. Your invoice will serve as your Final Contract. Any payment rendered serves as confirmation that both parties accept the terms of agreement. *
