Volunteers are very important to our organization. This form is for pastors and church members of TFBA churches to nominate individuals for our TFBA Teams. Team members serve a three year term, beginning in January and ending on December 31 of their third year. Our teams meet an average of four times a year. Thank you for your nomination. Administration Team (carries out duties related to personnel, property, assets management, and gatherings and team nominations) meets monthly or every two months.

Finance Team (Works with TFBA Staff and Leadership creating budget and awards College Ministry Grants.) Meets a couple times a year.

Church Strengthening Team (responsible for developing strategies to respond to the needs of TFBA Churches) meets at least once a year.

Missions Team (responsible for leading TFBA churches and individuals to engage in holistic mission and ministry in the region and beyond) Meets 2-3 times a year.

Church Cluster Rep (help communicate with churches in their cluster and encourage churches to work together. They also will share with Executive Team what's happening in their cluster and any needs the association may help meet.) Meets at least once a year.

Executive Council (nominate officers, and team members; conduct the business of association between gatherings; oversee membership process; supervise the DOM; carry out directives of association authorized by the gathering) Meets quarterly.
