#WoMentoringGirls focus on reducing girl’s vulnerabilities and expanding girl’s opportunities through pragmatic and self-efficacy skills needed for girl’s leadership development, self-esteem, financial independence and economic empowerment. Girl’s access female leaders and mentors, while creating leadership opportunities for girls as they grow up through #WoMentoringGirls programs. We focus on what girls need in order to grow into a young woman without getting side-track in life or society.
As A Mentee: African ChangeMakers Women Network (ACWN) is challenging you to step-up your game and double your efforts in every areas of your life that needs development and improvement by connecting with a mentors at ACW Nevents (either virtual or in-person event) to learn life and career skills from expertise and experience mentors in our network.
Girls have a lot of dreams and wishes they need to articulate. Girls have so much they want to tell the world about their lives. We have a supportive Women Network of mentors and female leaders to power Girls.

#WoMentoringGIRLs makes a difference in the lives emerging adolescent and teen girls by sharpening their mindset, developing their local and global views, human empathy, leadership, civic engagement and entrepreneurial skills for both personal and career development.
ELIGIBILITY
· Between 10 -18 years’ old
· A citizen from any of the 54 African countries.
· Fluent in English – can read and speak in English.
· Have access to the internet, computer, laptop or mobile device to connect to online programs.
· Passionate about using their skills to make a positive impact in their career and community.
· Can demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills with peers and people.
· Can demonstrate self-direction, and a “can-do” attitude
