Columbia Community Care Delivery Request Form/ Aplicación para una entrega de víveres
Our goal is to provide families in the community with food and supplies due to the effects of unemployment and/or financial challenges.

If you are in need and have NO ability to frequent one of our three sites*, you may order home delivery through this form. 

Only ONE order per family is allowed. Duplicate orders will be deleted. If you continue to submit more than one order per family , we will remove you from our list and you will no longer receive deliveries. You may place a new order 7 days after you receive a delivery, NOT 7 days after you signed up. If you sign up before the 7 days after your last delivery, your order will be automatically deleted. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The demand for deliveries is overwhelming right now and we have hundreds of orders waiting to be filled. Because of this, please know that it make take 5 weeks or more before you receive your order. We encourage you to visit our Saturday distribution sites, if possible. Thank you. 


****If you do not provide a working phone number and answer your phone beginning at 8am on Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday on the morning of your delivery day, then we will NOT be able to provide your food that day.***

If you do not have the correct complete address with apartment number or trailer, we can not fulfill your order.

•The Barn (5950 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia, MD 21045)

•Long Reach Village (8775 Cloudleap Court, Suite 109, Columbia, MD 21045)

We are open on Saturdays from 9:30am-11:30am or until supplies run out.

Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar a las familias de la comunidad alimentos y suministros debido a los efectos del desempleo o/y desafíos financieros.

Si está necesitado y NO puede asistir a ninguno de nuestros tres locales*, puede pedir una entrega a su vivienda llenando este formulario.

Solo se permite un pedido por familia. Los pedidos duplicados se eliminarán. Si continúa enviando más de un pedido por familia, lo eliminaremos de nuestra lista y ya no recibirá entregas. Puede realizar un nuevo pedido 7 días después de recibir una entrega, NO 7 días después de registrarse. Si se registra antes de los 7 días posteriores a su última entrega, su pedido se eliminará automáticamente.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: La demanda de entregas es abrumadora en este momento y tenemos cientos de pedidos pendientes de ser procesados. Por lo tanto, tenga en cuenta que podría demorar 5 semanas o más en recibir su pedido. Le recomendamos que visite nuestros centros de distribución los sábados, si es posible. Gracias.

****Si Usted no tiene un número de teléfono que funciona y Usted no contesta la llamada del interprete a partir de las 8 am  por la mañana los miércoles, los viernes, o los sábados el día de su entrega, NO PODREMOS ENTREGAR SU ORDEN ESE DÍA .

Además, si Usted NO tiene la dirección completa y correcta con el número de apartamento o trailer, NO PODREMOS entregar su orden tampoco.

Puede re-llenar la aplicacion de comida 7 días después de que haya recibido su ultima entrega de alimentos. Si usted pide comida antes de los 7 días, vamos a borrar su pedido completamente.****
