BAMO-8/12 - February 28, 2017 - request to take the contest at an open site
IF YOUR SCHOOL OR MATH CIRCLE ALREADY OFFERS BAMO, you DO NOT need to fill out this form. Instead, talk to the teacher or other person offering the contest at your school or math circle to find out details and sign up to take it there. This form is only for students who don't have a place to take BAMO yet.

All sites will offer the contest during a 4 hour time period between 12 noon and 8 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017. Exact times and room numbers are still to be determined for most sites, but details will be sent to you by email about a week before the contest, to the email address that you use on this registration form.

If you sign up for an open site and want to switch to a different site, please fill out this form again and make a note in the comment field or email bamo@msri.org.

Please visit http://www.bamo.org/ for more information! (last updated 11/07/2016)
