This services is available for Homeowners, Renters, Apartments, and mobile homes depending on area.

Income is NOT a factor for qualifying. Open to all incomes for this Electric Utility program.

At least 2 years old
House can only use the program one time every 10 years.
Not available to cooperative electric company customers. For Example, NO Magic Valley.
