Toastmasters District 7 Judges

Toastmasters District 7 is providing Judges training, and putting together a list of people who are ready and willing to serve as Judges at contests at all levels. It is important that we have Judges who are objective, fair and accurate in their judging of contestants so we can feel confident all contests are fair to all contestants. Some rules apply as to who is qualified to serve as a Judge. By completing the form below you will be added to the list of potential Judges (unless you specify that you don't want to be a Judge) and you will be contacted when contests approach with requests to serve as a Judge.

THANK YOU for your willingness to serve!

Be aware that when a request comes out for contest Judges, the organizer of the contest will also need to arrange for other contest help (Timers, Ballot Counters, Sgts at Arms, etc), so if you do not want to serve, or are disqualified from serving as a Judge at a particular contest, but can serve in another role, let the organizer of the contest know that.

When a contest is scheduled a general request will be sent to the list of Judges for that Division. If you select any location in a Division you will be added to that Division's list of Judges, and will receive requests from that Division. For example, if you indicate that you can help Judge in Corvallis (Division B) and in Independence (Division C), then you will also receive requests for contests in Springfield (Division B) and Silverton (Division C). The reason we ask for more specific information, is to help the contest organizers track down additional volunteers if enough do not respond to the general request.
