Be part of the Indonesian Night Market, where once a year, everything comes to life with the sights, sounds, and flavors of Indonesia – and beyond!

Excited to be a vendor? Fill out this application to join the 2025 Indonesian Night Market! Please review all the details carefully before submitting.

This year, we're excited to welcome vendors from allllll across Southeast Asia to offer a diverse mix of foods, goods, and culture. Whether you're cookin' up some mouthwatering sate, serving sweet rolls, crafting handmade goods, or bringing something special to the table, we'd love to have you!

HOW TO BE A VENDOR
  1. Fill Out the Application – Submit your Vendor Application (this form).
  2. Vendor Review & Info Packet – If your application is a good fit, we’ll send you all the event details — rules, setup info, vendor fees, and everything you need to know before committing.
  3. Secure Your Spot – Choose your Vendor Package Tier, sign the contract, and submit your Retainer Fee and Cleaning Deposit. (Final payment will be due June 20; 8 weeks prior to the event).
  4. Get Prepped – Stay tuned for setup instructions, event guidelines, and promo opportunities to help make your booth a success.
  5. Show Up & Sell Out – Bring your best, have fun, and make this a night to remember!


VENDOR PACKAGES & PRICING

Retail / Promotional / Informational Vendors – $200
Vendor fee only
Retainer Fee: $100, non-refundable, applies towards total fee
Cleaning Deposit: $100, refundable

Food Vendors Tiers
Tier 1 – Essential – $250
Vendor fee only
Retainer Fee: $100, non-refundable, applies towards total fee
Cleaning Deposit: $100, refundable

Tier 2 – Premium – $500
Vendor fee + rentals
Retainer Fee: $150, non-refundable, applies towards total fee
Cleaning Deposit: $100, refundable

Tier 3 – All-Inclusive – $800
Vendor fee + rentals + permitting fees
Retainer Fee: $200, non-refundable, applies towards total fee
Cleaning Deposit: $100, refundable

All vendors must sign a contract and submit the retainer fee and cleaning deposit to secure their spot. Any remaining balance is due by June 20, 2025 (8 weeks before the event). The cleaning deposit will be refunded upon meeting all cleanup requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the event.
