This is a contract for Redeeming life Counsult Groups, under Troy Snyder Counsling LLC.

This Consultation Group Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [_______] between [Redeeming life ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") and [Percipient Name/Participant Organization] (hereinafter referred to as the "Percipient").

Services Provided: a. The Consultant agrees to provide professional consultation services in the areas of sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and relationship repair for counseling and coaches. b. The consultation will be conducted in a group format and will focus on discussion, sharing of expertise, case studies, and best practices. c. The Consultant will not provide professional supervision but will offer guidance, support, and expertise based on their experience in the field.

Nature of Consultation: a. The consultation sessions will be conducted virtually or in person, as agreed upon by both parties. b. The Consultant will provide a structured format for the consultation sessions, including topics for discussion and any relevant materials. c. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the consultation sessions, and all participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

Fees and Payment: a. The fee for the consultation group will be agreed upon between the Consultant and the participant prior to the commencement of services. b. Payment for the consultation group will be made in advance, either on a per-session basis or as agreed upon by both parties. c. Any additional expenses incurred during the consultation sessions, such as materials or resources, will be the responsibility of the Percipient.

Length of Consultation: a. The length of the consultation group will be determined at the outset and will be agreed upon by both parties. b. The Consultant may recommend a specific duration for the consultation group based on the goals and objectives of the participant. c. The duration of the consultation group may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.

Termination of Contract: a. Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other party. b. In the event of termination, the participant will be responsible for payment for any consultation sessions already conducted.

Governing Law: a. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
