Autobill Invoices Are sent out on Wednesday night for the next week's inserts, and are due no later the Wednesday 7pm EST of that week. SIGN UPS ARE ADDED ON WEDNESDAY FOR THE NEXT INVOICE.
How Does Autobill Work?
Each weekend, you will receive an invoice from us that will be your bill for the following week’s inserts. It will show you the number of inserts that you have specified on your subscription as well as the associated shipping. You have until Wednesday evening at 7pm Eastern Standard Time of that week to pay your bill. That is the payment deadline. We DO NOT AUTODRAFT your bank account or credit cards, we do not want to be responsible for that information. Further, for us to automate to that level, we would incur a significant expense and would have to raise prices. If you miss the payment deadline, you get one free pass. If you miss it a second time, you incur a $10.00 late fee. If you miss an invoice that has a late fee you will be removed from autobill. We have to keep these deadlines as we need enough time to close out the week, close the batch of packing slips and labels. Anything past that deadline throws us for a major loop and would require us charging more money for the service. Other than that, you pay your bill and sit back and wait for your package!
