All orders are to be paid for before shipment or upon delivery at the event.* Credit/Debit accepted for shipped orders.** Cash, Credit/Debit accepted at events. (Sorry no checks.) A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. Please have your confirmation email either printed or visible on your electronic device as your proof purchase at events.

*I have an extremely limited amount of stock on hand at signings. If your pre-order has not been picked up by one hour before the signing is over without prior arrangement, your order may be sold.

** A flat fee of $10 will be assessed for shipments made inside the United States. For sales outside the U.S., shipping will be assessed, and an email will be sent to see if the cost of shipping is amenable before any invoice is sent.
