LNSRC Facility Rental Form
Members of LNSRC may enjoy the use of our facilities to hold a private party in accordance with Club Bylaws and Rules. Please remember our club is member-owned, so any member hosting a private party should not expect exclusive use of the club. In order to secure the location and date, a rental agreement must be signed. Guests are included in Rental Fees!

To secure rental of the clubhouse during the summer season, a $100.00 security deposit also is required. It is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within two (2) weeks of the event. Any portion of this fee, up to $100.00, may be used to cover the cost of damage to the facility and/or cleaning costs and will be left to the Manager’s discretion. During the off-season, deposits will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the Manager. In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made by the club to reschedule a private event. If a non-member is being sponsored by a Member to host an event at the Clubhouse, that sponsoring member MUST BE present for the duration of the event.

Rental Rules and Regulations 
When renting the Clubhouse, you are assuming full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damage done to any part of the facilities during your event.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club against any and all claims, liabilities, or costs including attorney fees for any injury or death or property damage arising out of or connected with the rental time for your guests.

Further agreement to the following
  • NO SMOKING, VAPING or USE OF TOBACCO on the premises
  • NO EXPOSED FLAMES
  • NO PINS, NAILS, PERMANENT TAPE, or other disfigurement to the walls, ceilings, wood trim, floor, or any part of the building
  • NO GLITTER OR PAPER CONFETTI
  • NO ANIMALS, of any kind, unless they provide assistance to disabled persons
  • Comply with safety regulations and policies of the VBPD and Fire Department
  • Comply with all LNSRC Facility rules
  • NO GLASS
LNSRC is not responsible for the health and safety of any guest near the pool.  During the event, all guests are to follow all the posted rules and warnings, listen to the lifeguards, and adhere to staff/management rules.
LNSRC staff may be on hand to monitor the use of the facilities, but are not intended to assist in the function.

Alcohol Policy
  • In order for a party to include alcohol, the member (that made reservation)  must be present and 21 or older.
