Members of LNSRC may enjoy the use of our facilities to hold a private party in accordance with Club Bylaws and Rules. Please remember our club is member-owned, so any member hosting a private party should not expect exclusive use of the club. In order to secure the location and date, a rental agreement must be signed. Guests are included in Rental Fees!
To secure rental of the clubhouse during the summer season, a $100.00 security deposit also is required. It is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within two (2) weeks of the event. Any portion of this fee, up to $100.00, may be used to cover the cost of damage to the facility and/or cleaning costs and will be left to the Manager’s discretion. During the off-season, deposits will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the Manager. In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made by the club to reschedule a private event. If a non-member is being sponsored by a Member to host an event at the Clubhouse, that sponsoring member MUST BE present for the duration of the event.
