This is a 2-page registration form for a 2-hr FREE demo on Sunday, May 10th AND a $375 4-day workshop that follows. Important dates are:

Workshop prices:
- Member price $375.00 USD
- Non-Member price $425.00 USD

Registrations are on a first come first serve basis and to be sure that you have a spot, your registration must be paid in full. Otherwise, your name will be placed on a waitlist.

All communication about workshop details will be done by email. It is your responsibility to read any email communication we send regarding deadlines or payments. Please direct any questions to Pat Molina at MolinaYVedia@hotmail.com

We do not allow two people to share a workshop spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancel on or before April 1, 2020 - full refund less a $50 processing fee
2. Cancel after April 1, 2020, no refund unless we can fill your spot from the wait-list or the person canceling finds a replacement. Again, the refund will be less a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Medical and family emergencies after May 1, 2020, will be decided on a case by case basis.
