Basic info: 
  • no need to speak Czech; 
  • free time on Saturday, 16 May + Wednesday afternoon, 6 May for an orientation meeting. 
  • Feel free to invite a friend to spend the day together. 
  • We'll feed you throughout the day, coffee included. 
  • Your potential responsibilities: Talking to other internationals. Telling them where everything is. Time management at workshops/talks. Carrying things. Keeping the place clean. We won't require your help throughout the whole day; you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the fair in between your responsibilities.

The fair spans from 8am to 7pm, with cleanup afterwards and a party until 10pm. Can you be available all day, or some parts? Please specify your availability. *

What to expect?
Thank you for your willingness to help! 
Tasks will be assigned based on need and availability throughout the day. While we’ll do our best to consider your preferences and past experience, we can’t guarantee specific roles.

The list of tasks below is for reference. Things can change at any moment depending on last-minute needs of the fair and exhibitors. We really appreciate your flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed! 
  1. Exhibitors support throughout the day
  2. Workshop registration and time keeping
  3. Lectures silence-keeper and coffee space management
  4. Security and muscles: helping move stuff around, looking important and watching over the fair
  5. General cleanliness of the spaces: emptying trashcans, picking up trash, keeping areas clean
  6. Exhibitors and staff green rooms: keeping an eye on snacks, the area clean and the coffee hot
  7. Stage programme assistant: helping organize the events on the stage
  8. Evening show assistant: helping ensure the evening portion of the programme runs smoothly.
If you have any physical limitations (like difficulty lifting heavy items), just let us know in the space below—we’ll make sure to accommodate you!
