Cancellation Policy

At LG Skin Studio, each appointment is reserved specifically for you and requires dedicated preparation and hands-on care.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price

Appointments cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
