With just three, forty-five minute workouts each week our Conviction Kettlebell Club Members have seen drastic changes in strength, stamina, and body composition.
Our Conviction Kettlebell Club Online Members receive three kettlebell workouts each week, along with videos showing proper form for each exercise. This membership also includes:
- Instruction and guidance from a Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) Coach
- Weekly video review to ensure you're completing each exercise safely and efficiently
- Access to our private Facebook Group where we discuss nutrition and lifestyle habits to compliment your training
