This guarantee needs to be activated within 14 days of delivery of your product by completing the form below (Your delivery date is the date our tracking shows that your product has been signed for).

The fabric and construction of our gloryholes are guaranteed for 6 months following the date of delivery. If you have any issues with the construction of the fabric element of your gloryhole within the first 6 months, we will offer a replacement product after we have received the original back. This is so we can assess the fault to further develop the robustness of our products. It’s an amazing product already but we want to make it better. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.

Wear & tear and accidental damage are not covered. If you choose to amend the fabric or make alterations yourself to the construction of the fabric your product will no longer be covered by this guarantee.
