- A list of chapter officers including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. - A few short written responses outlining your aims and objectives as a chapter. - Information regarding you online media. - A full list of membership in the chapter & approved constitution.
(Membership list must include no less than three (3) dues paying DSA members. No non-dues paying DSA members included on this list will be considered YDSA members.)
Once you submit all that information, your application will be processed. The information in the form will be verified and then forwarded on to the National Coordinating Committee for approval. This process usually takes about 7 to 14 days, depending on volume of applications.
