Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor within the Transfer Mentor Program at TU! Please complete the below questions which will help us best match you with a mentee. If you have questions about the form or the Transfer Mentor Program please contact Jhane Cummings at
Please Note these important dates when completing the form:
• **NEW MENTORS ONLY** Thursday, 1/07 at 12:00pm (Noon) OR Wednesday, 01/13 at 10:00am: Required
Information Session via Zoom
• Monday, 01/25 at 12:00 PM (Noon): the deadline to complete this form
• Monday, 02/01 : You will receive confirmation that you have been matched with a student
• Tuesday, 02/09: Required Meet & Greet Breakfast from 9:00am-10:00am Zoom
• Additionally, you will be asked to meet 1:1 with your mentee at least twice during the semester
Please provide as much information as possible in the open ended responses; it enhances my ability to find you a student which best matches the support you are able to provide them.
*Please note that in order to serve as a Mentor you must be a current or retired TU Faculty/Staff Member. Do not fill out this form if you are a student at Towson University.

If you are accepted to participate in the program, you must attend the mandatory Meet and Greet Breakfast on Tuesday, February 9th. Exceptions can be made, per request, once accepted, if this time overlaps with class. Please acknowledge that you are aware of this date, and have blocked off this time to ensure you can attend.
