ANCHASL Continuing Education Award: Spring 2019 Meeting

Please complete the following application to apply for a scholarship to attend the ANCHASL Spring 2019 Meeting, which will be held May 31, 2019 at the William E. Laupus Health Science Library at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Award recipients will be required to submit a brief report on their experiences via a form.

The deadline to apply is 12 PM Eastern on May 10, 2019.
