HOW
through the nourishing repetition of movement sequences ranging from yoga frames and principles (mainly from anusara and vinyasa approach), meditation, postural gymnastics, somatics, movement of the body and of the being in its fascinating totality. The sequences will respond to the needs of the person/group and can be adapted and modified during the journey based on the feedback. There will be the possibility at any time to ask questions and work together on specific aspects, but the dedication to practice will be solely the responsibility of the person.
