2025 NCCCAF Tai Chi Championship Registration Form
Welcome to the 2025 NCCCAF Tai Chi Championship. As part of the 23rd annual competition, we held this competition as a way for Asian Americans to interact and connect with each other. Please fill in this form so that we can provide you with the best experience.

Age: at least 6 years or older

Pricing:
*Early Bird Registration 7/20: $20 for each increase (個人賽增加單項). 
$20 per person for the team (團體赛)  , Each individual event( 個人賽) is $40. and $30 per person for Sparring. $20 for competition for Grand Champ. 

e.g. If a person who plans to participate in three (3) individual events, one (1) team event and one (1) Grand Champ, she/he will have to pay $40+$20x (3-1) +$20+$20= $120 ($80 for individual events, $20 for team event and $20 for Grand Champ)

*After 7/20 or on-site registration (at least 30 minutes before the event, $50 per individual event. 
      $25 dollars for each increase. The team is $25/person. Sparring is $35 dollars per person. $25 for Grand            Champ.

I(We) am/are voluntarily participating in the NCCCAF Tai Chi/Push Hand Championship. I(We) hereby agree that NCCCAF, Tai Chi/Push Hand Division and their officers, judges and representatives cannot be held responsible for any illness and injury sustained as a result of participating in the competition( voluntary services, transportations or competitions). All competitors or Team Leader must sign(Agree) or Parents/Guardian sign(Agree) if applicants are under 18.
