Join Campus Climate Action Corps!
The Campus Climate Action Corps (CCAC) is the first nationwide AmeriCorps program solely dedicated to Campus-based, community-led climate action. CCAC is a Campus Compact initiative focused on building the capacity of campuses and their community partners to affect behavioral and technical change, leading to energy efficiency and improved at-risk ecosystems by implementing local solutions for underserved households and communities nationwide.

As of October 30, 2024: 
  • CCAC is only seeking to recruit 2 Half-Time AmeriCorps Members to serve at the University of Maine (Orono, ME) for the 2024-25 service year. The service term will start January 21, 2025 through July 31, 2025
  • CCAC is recruiting for Full, Three-quarter, and Half-time AmeriCorps members for the 2025-26 service year starting late August 2025 through July 31, 2026 (see list of participating host sites below).
