University Housing has 20 clean, working microwaves available to students that were donated by residents moving out last spring. Submitting this form before December 15, 2025 will confirm your request for a free microwave. Housing will confirm requests in the order that they are received.

Microwaves will be delivered to your hall and you'll be notified as soon as it's ready for pickup. After receiving the microwave, it will be yours to take with you when you leave campus. Options to donate or pass on unwanted microwaves exist at the end of the year Move Out event.
