Gifts by Jessy offers fully customized gift baskets.  We want to learn a little about the recipient so that we can better tailor their gift.  It is our desire to meet your needs and create something absolutely wonderful!

THE DETAILS:

Starting Price: $69.00

Quote: Once this form has been completed, a quote will be sent via email within 72 hours.

Deposit: A 50% deposit will be required to begin production.

Changes: Any changes requested after the quote has been generated may result in a price increase. 

Timeline: It takes approximately 10 days to complete a full customized gift basket. Shipping delays could have an impact on this timeframe.

Payment: Full payment is due prior to shipping or delivery.

Cancellations: You have 48 hours after the deposit has been received to cancel your order and request a full refund for your deposit.  After more than 48 hours has passed, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be sent via email to giftsbyjessy2022@gmail.com.

Restricted items include, but are not limited to alcohol, fire arms, items that are illegal and/or contain offensive language.
