REHEARSAL SCHEDULE & COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

Participation in Wildcat Theatre Co. requires a strong commitment to rehearsals, classses and performances. Rehearsals are a vital part of the program, and consistent attendance is necessary for both individual growth and the success of the entire cast.

Regular rehearsals will be held on beginning in February  Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:00–5:30 PM after school in the Library @ NIS and sometimes in the gym. The Spring session will end after the final production which is May 2nd. While we make every effort to stay on schedule, there may be occasional days when rehearsals run slightly longer.

Mandatory Tech Week will take place the week of April 27–May 1, 2026, leading up to performances. We will announce times and days asap.Tech Week includes extended rehearsals focused on lighting, sound, staging, costumes, and full run-throughs, and attendance is required.

Performance dates are Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2, 2026. Students must be available for all scheduled rehearsals during Tech Week and both performance dates.

NO ABSENCES ARE PERMITTED WEEK OF TECH WEEK OR SHOW DAYS.

By registering, students and parents/guardians acknowledge the importance of punctuality, preparedness, and regular attendance. Excessive absences, repeated tardiness, or missed Tech Week rehearsals may impact casting, roles, or continued participation in the program.
