Need a Class Change for the New Semester?
Please do not complete this form. Instead, come visit with a counselor during the WALK-IN CLASS CHANGE times/days...
  • Counselors will be available before & after school (7-8 AM & 3-4 PM) in the foyer by the main doors on the following days:  
*Thursday, Jan 15    *Friday, Jan 16. (9-10 AM)   *Wednesday, Jan 21.   *Thursday, Jan 22.

  • These walk-in times are designed to make sure your concerns are heard and addressed efficiently. 
  • Class change requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Appointments are not needed during these sessions.  
  • CLASS CHANGE REQUESTS will be accepted for the first 5 days of the semester. We are unable to make changes after the first 10 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Class changes should only be requested in compliance with the ERMS Class Change Policy (please click on the link for policy details).

***All members of the ERMS Student Services Team are qualified and able to provide mental health & crisis support to all students. 
  • Your School Counselor can help with social & emotional support,  class scheduling issues, academic & career planning, connect you to resources, and anything else you might need help with!
  • The Clinical Support Specialist/Therapist provides a higher level of mental health support to students who have typically been referred by their school counselor.
  • The School Psychologist primarily works with students who have an I.E.P. (Individualized Educational Plan / recieving Special Education services) or a 504 Plan (accommodations for students with a disability). *To meet with Ms. Mesui, please request a meeting with your counselor.
The members of our team work together as well as with the administration to address the unique needs of every student at Elk Ridge Middle School. WE GOT YOU!
