The event time will be from 2PM - 7 PM; vendors may be allowed to set up as early as 12PM on the day of the event. You are highly encouraged to be fully set-up ready by 1:15 pm. The cost for the booth is $100. Included in the vendor fee: • 6x6 Vending Space with seating for up to two (2) persons • One (1) 6 ft. table (vendor provides table cloth) • Listing in the event brochure If you are interested in participating as a vendor for this event, please complete the form below. All vendor proposals will be reviewed and approved by event organizer, Muslimat Collective. The proposal should include a description of your business or organization and the types of items you plan to sale or give-away during the event. Once you receive approval from the organizer, you will be invited to pay the vending fee; please do not pay the fee until you have been notified that your proposal has been approved. Once fee is received for approved proposals, you will be considered an official vendor for the showcase.
