FuelFest 2026 Photo/Media Request Form

Thank you for your interest in covering FuelFest! Please complete the form below for consideration to receive a complimentary GA ticket to photograph/video FuelFest.

Official Press accreditation is strictly reserved for FuelFest staff and members of the press (print, photo, radio, television, film, news agencies and online media) who represent an approved media organization.

If you are selected to receive a complimentary GA ticket to photograph/video FuelFest, FuelFest will provide a photo release form to be completed. This complimentary GA ticket does not require any accreditation while you’re onsite, nor does it grant you access beyond the general admission level. For liability reasons, only our Official Media are permitted in restricted areas. A large majority of the festival happenings can be covered with this complimentary GA access. Spectator parking lot fees apply.

Photographer Deliverables: We require 20 hi-res photos without watermarks to be provided to us to be used as we see fit. 

Videographer Deliverables: We require 4 edits to be used as we see fit. 

If you are not selected, you can purchase a GA ticket and can still cover FuelFest as equipment and cameras are permitted through the main entrance. 

*No drone operations are permitted at any FuelFest event.

You will be notified no later than 1 week before the event if you are approved.
