4.  Chronic (five or more times per semester) tardiness arriving at LCST.
5.  Possession of alcohol or any controlled substance any controlled substance anywhere on campus.
6.  Remaining in the parking lot after arrival at school or remaining in the parking lot during class change (9:12-9:50) & (11:12-11:40)

Any citation or arrest issued by a law enforcement office on or very near the LCST campus, traveling to and from the four home schools, or possession of alcohol or any controlled substance anywhere on a school property (including the home school) will result in an immediate suspension of parking privileges.  The School of Technology, like all school campuses, is a drug free zone.  The operator of any vehicle on campus grants consent to a vehicle search if the administration has reasonable suspicion to believe alcohol, controlled substances, or any other illegal device is on campus.  If the parking permit is suspended, revoked or if the student leaves LCST after September 10, the parking fee will not be refunded.  If a student loses his/her parking permit, then a new one must be purchased for $5.00
