West End Gun Club, Inc. Annual Membership Application Form (waitlist)



In addition to initiation fees and Annual membership dues, continuing NRA membership is required as part of Annual membership in West End Gun Club. Sponsorship by one Board member or three Voting Club members in good standing is required of all applicants for membership in West End Gun Club. All applicants must attend a regular monthly Club meeting to request Conditional membership by a vote of the members attending. Before being issued a membership card new Conditional members must complete a New Member Safety and Orientation briefing from a designated Club representative regarding the policies and range rules of West End Gun Club. After completing one year as a Conditional member, in good standing, Annual Voting membership is attained. (Orientation and vote is done AFTER member is called to come to a meeting. This is usually done in the Spring) You do not need sponsors to get on the waitlist but will need them by the time you are called to join. See FAQ section for more information.

By completing this form and submitting an application, I request Conditional membership for West End Gun Club. As part of my contract of membership I agree to comply with the By-laws and all Policies and Procedures of West End Gun Club, Inc., if accepted for FULL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP.

Once your application is accepted, you will be placed on the waiting list and called in the order you entered the list. The club typically calls new applicants in the Spring - February, March, April; until the roster is again at its CAP. You can email questions to the MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR membership@wegc.org
