The most economical and convenient way to buy our pork is to buy 1/2 a pig. The cost is $6//# by the hanging weight and will fill a small freezer with the most delicious and nutritious pork you have ever had!

Brats (Whole Hog)
Our bratwursts start as a premium product -- from the whole hog. Most sausage is made from the trimmings leftover after they take all of the good cuts out. We use the entire pig (except for the bacon) and then the masters at Paradise use their award winning recipes with all natural ingredients. Using the whole hog makes our sausages more nutritious and delicious.
