the no. of days left to expiry for the product when we pick up the product from you (including day of pick up)

For a second Quality violation due to EXPIRED products provided by Seller, what will happen?
Cost of product will not be charged to seller

If you agree to provide 5D+ freshness guarantee for product A - and your store is open for morning & afternoon pickups on Monday-Friday, and morning pickups on Saturday. What is the min. days to expiry when the customer receives the product on Tuesday morning?

Customer can plan ahead when to consume the product

What happens when you have a 4th violation of quality?
You will be given 3 days to conduct investigation and give possible next steps to prevent occurrence.
The issue will be escalated immediately to the Director of Seller Management to review possible delisting of the store in RedMart.
You will be asked to replace the product in your catalogue.
What kind of products will fail at the Quality control stage?
Products that are properly sealed
Products that are expired or with no visible expiry date
Products that have visible expiry dates
Products that do not have serving suggestions
If your product fails at the QC stage, what happens to the customer?
Customers will be disappointed that the products they ordered did not arrive in the delivery; an overall bad customer experience.
Customers will lose trust and not shop on RedMart again, because we are not reliable in delivering the products they ordered.
Customers will leave a complain on our/their social media which reflects badly on us and the Seller.
