Sutton Council needs to collect the information we require to be able to consider you as a sponsor.

The government update their advice regularly so please ensure that you have read the latest guidance and requirements for hosting at the link below (for example, the accommodation requirements).  This is a big decision for you and your family so do read the guidance carefully.

This questionnaire is for those people who wish to be a sponsor who either do not have a named guest or wish to host a Ukranian who is in the UK and is seeking a new sponsor.  It should take about 5 minutes to complete.  Please answer all of the questions as thoroughly as you can.  

After completing the form, we will contact you to arrange for the first checks that we must carry out before you can welcome a guest into your home.  Only the council can carry out these checks.  

After those checks are passed, we will look for a suitable guest from the list that we hold.  This will either be someone who has already been with a sponsor for 6 months or where their sponsorship has fallen through leaving them with no where to live.
