The purpose of this survey is to request feedback from current parents or guardians relating to their experience with the current High School Advisory Program.

Please respond to the following questions. For the purpose of this survey we have used the term 'student' to refer to any child who is currently attending a Regina Public Schools High School.

Do you know that your son / daughter has an advisory teacher?
