International Suicide Genetics Consortium GWAS Summary Statistics Request Form (Mullins et al., Biol Psych, 2021)
Please complete this form to request access to the International Suicide Genetics Consortium (ISGC) GWAS summary statistics for suicide attempt (SA) from Mullins et al. Biol Psych, 2021 (PMID xxx).
4 sets of summary statistics are available:
1) Meta-analysis of SA cases vs. non-SA controls in general population (Primary SA GWAS, trans-ancestry)
2) Meta-analysis of SA cases vs. non-SA controls in general population in European subset (SA-EUR GWAS)
3) Meta-analysis of SA cases vs. non-SA controls in general population in European subset, conditioned on genetics of major depressive disorder using mtCOJO (SA-EUR|MDD GWAS)
4) Meta-analysis of SA cases vs. non-SA controls among individuals with psychiatric diagnoses
Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions
Disclaimer: Genetics only partially contributes to the phenotype of suicide attempt, and no associations based on these GWAS summary statistics should be interpreted as causal, or indicative of increased or decreased absolute risk of suicide attempt. Genetic risk does not currently have meaningful predictive utility for SA, and its premature use in clinical or direct-to-consumer settings could be harmful.
