We have received a communication from a restaurant operator that is interested in putting a Thai Restaurant in Canaan, and wants to know if there is any interest. It would operate Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 7pm. This person currently operates a similar restaurant that is well received in a community nearby. The menu would include pad thai, curries, rice dishes, dumplings, salads, satay, summer rolls, coffee, iced teas, blended juices, desserts,  and other seasonal Thai specialties. Pricing would be in the $5-$10 range per entree, salad, or appetizer.
