Mentees' Criteria
We encourage individuals from conflict-affected contexts to join our network of inspiring mentees. 
If you are interested in becoming a mentee, please register below. 

EXPECTATIONS
  • To be able to commit to at least 30 minutes a week to the mentoring programme, for a total of three months.
  • To demonstrate some level of English proficiency.
  • To have access to smart phones, tablets, or laptops and an internet connection stable enough for audio calls with mentors.
  • To be eager to identify the skills they need support with, and be committed to improving their skills with the support of their mentor.
  • Commitment to our cancelation policy, which requires mentees to inform their mentors of any changes to scheduled meetings at least 48 hours in advance.
Mentees will hear back within 3-4 weeks.
