The vendor's fee is $500 per table. Once we receive your table registration, you will be sent a link to the Tampa Convention Center that will outline the cost and availability of electricity, poles, braces, stands, carts for loading in, and many other types of exhibitor's equipment and services. Additionally, if you wish to ship any materials directly to the Tampa Convention Center, you will receive instructions on the availability of this service and the cost. Every one of these services must be contracted directly from the Tampa Convention Center. All that Florida State Thespians will provide you with is the correct number of tables with cloths and skirts set up in the designated vending area.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT VENDORS THAT HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION TO THEATRE EDUCATION. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD AT OUR CONFERENCE MUST RELATE DIRECTLY TO THEATRE. NO ITEMS CAN BE SOLD THAT CHALLENGE OUR DRESS OR BEHAVIOR CODE FOR STUDENTS.
You will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of your registration. There is no need to email to check if it was received.
Florida State Thespians will not be responsible for loss or theft of goods exhibited in the boutique.
