Hep B United 2026 Summit - Invitee Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in the Hep B United 2026 Summit.

The Summit will run from 8:00am ET on Thursday, December 3, 2026 through 3:00pm ET on Friday, December 4, 2026 and will be hosted at the Jefferson University Alumni Hall in Philadelphia, PA. Meals will be provided throughout the entirety of the Summit.

We are excited to bring partners together to learn and share best practices, discuss the latest innovations and how to integrate them into community work, and build local and national partnerships through effective engagement. Sessions will explore advancements in hepatitis B and D treatments, barriers facing vaccine uptake, hepatitis' intersection with other liver diseases, and more. 

A more detailed agenda and schedule will be shared closer to the Summit. The Summit theme will be announced on July 28th in celebration of World Hepatitis Day.

Please note: the Hepatitis B Foundation will cover hotel accommodations at the DoubleTree Center City for invited attendees. If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer this invitation to another representative from your organization, please contact Frank Hood at Frank.Hood@hepb.org. 

Travel scholarships are available to assist Hep B United coalition partners in participating who would otherwise find it financially challenging to be able to attend this Summit. If you are interested in applying for these funds, please fill out the appropriate sections below.

Registration deadline for invitees applying for travel scholarships is now extended to 5pm PT, Friday, August 21st.

Registration deadline for invitees not applying for travel scholarships is 5pm PT, Tuesday, September 8th.

HBF anticipates covering Wednesday and Thursday nights for eligible partners, and possibly Friday night for some West-Coast-based invited partners. 
Would you like to apply for a travel scholarship? *

Travel scholarships will be available for many invited partners coming from outside of the Philadelphia area to cover the partial or full cost of train or plane travel to the Summit. Please mark below if you would like to be considered for a travel scholarship. Scholarship applicants will be notified of funding decisions by mid-August.
