New Student Trip Travel Information Form
Please do not fill this information out or make travel arrangements until you have been officially assigned a trip from College Outdoors.  Trips will typically be assigned within two weeks of a completed registration (both the NST registration form and the online health and diet questionnaire must be submitted for you registration to be considered complete).

Once your trip assignment has been made, we would like to know your travel plans so we know when to expect you. Please submit this form to us as soon as your plans are confirmed.  We will be running shuttles to the airport, the train station and the bus terminal on the morning of trip departures.

Thursday, Aug. 19th arrive for:
   Surf & SUP the Oregon Coast
   Explore the Coastal Rainforest
   Hike & SUP the Columbia Gorge

Friday, Aug. 20th arrive for:
   Discover Coastal Rainforests & Beaches
