I understand that the turnaround window starts on the next business day after sending deposit and complete source materials. We encourage you to gather all of your source material first in order to know how each section of the video will be weighted (in terms of time) in the final product.

Payments *

I understand that a 50% deposit is required in order to begin work. This fee is fully refundable within 7 calendar days of receiving the first edit of the video. A final payment of the remaining balance is required in order to release the final edited video file.

Quality *

I understand that the resolution of the still and video images submitted impacts the resolution of the final product. High resolution equates to better quality and lower resolution means lower quality. If you have any questions about this we can discuss in general terms or specific images.

I certify that I own all of the materials submitted and that I have the right to edit, reproduce and screen them.

Music *

I understand that I am solely responsible for acquiring the right to reproduce and screen any and all music, sound tracks, etc. incorporated in the final video.

I understand that after remitting final payment and receiving final edit, the video is entirely mine to use and distribute as I wish. Mister Montage LLC, will make no further claim, assurances or representations to the ownership, copyright, trademark or accuracy of delivered materials.

Marketing usage *

I understand that Mister Montage, LLC reserves the right to use the final video and/or its excerpts for marketing purposes which include but are not limited to being featured on www.mistermontage.com as a work sample. At no time will Mister Montage, LLC expose the last name of persons featured in the final video.
