Here's what the Focus & Accountability Work Session looks like:
  1. Tell the group what you'll be focusing on & why it's important
  2. All mics on mute, camera on or off: your preference
  3. I'll sharescreen a 45 minute timer
  4. Work on your task uninterrupted
  5. I'll give a 5 minute warning
  6. After the timer goes we'll all share with the group how we got on with our tasks
This is a great way to work on "Important/Not Urgent" tasks like writing a book, etc that always get dropped for more urgent tasks. You can work on whatever you want.
