Administrative - Assist with managing attendees and teams

50/50 and Auction Sales - Sell tickets

Beverage Delivery - Ensure various booths are fully stocked

Grounds Keeper - Empty trash cans and keep things in order

Pre-Event Cleanup - Do a general cleaning of the picnic grounds 1 week before event

Post-Event Cleanup - Help clean up everything after the event is finished
