2020 YCLT Reference Form
This form is to be used by those identified as references for high school youth applying to be a part of the ELCA Youth Core Leadership Team. This form should be completed by January 15, 2021.

The YCLT is a select group of twelve high school youth from across the ELCA who are gathered together for intentional faith formation and leadership development. They meet three times a year including the ELCA Youth Leadership Summit and throughout the year via digital engagement. They are also asked to seek opportunities in their home synods and congregations to tell others what they have learned, invite others into ministries with which the team member is passionate, and seek to engage, teach and inspire other young leaders through personal interactions. Serving on the Youth Core Leadership Team is a two year commitment and the youth must be able to complete their term while still in high school. Thank you for taking the time to fill out the form and answer the questions honestly. And especially for being a part of this young person's life!
