The purpose of this resource mapping and service introduction is to build a clearer picture of the supports available across Los Angeles County, identify service gaps, and strengthen collaboration around the service domains. Your input will directly inform efforts to develop a countywide Community Information Exchange (CIE) - a closed-loop referral system that allows organizations to securely share client referrals, track outcomes, and reduce duplication. By working together through a shared system, we can improve coordination, access, equity, and outcomes for all residents.
