Building Use Request
Please submit this building use form to request use of any space in the church building and/or get approval for an event. This ensures that your event is recorded on the church calendar and prevents conflicts with the use of the space. Please also fill out this form if you are requesting to store items in the building. Please read this form in its entirety and agree to the conditions and reminders. Corona reserves the right to terminate building use for noncompliance with the reminders below. Requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to requested date to allow time for approval. Requests for building use more than six months in advance will not be considered. You will receive a response notifying you of event approval.
